FatFat Studio sells downloadable digital documents. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Order information — your email address and the product you bought, so we can deliver your files and provide support.
- Payment information — payments are processed by our payment provider, Creem, which acts as the merchant of record. We never see or store your full card details.
- Support correspondence — if you email us, we keep the message and your address so we can help you and keep a record of the request.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your personal information.
- We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site.
- We do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.
Who processes your data
Our payment provider processes the payment and handles tax compliance as the merchant of record. Our file delivery and customer portal are provided by the same platform. Their own privacy policies apply to data they process on their systems, and they act as the seller of record for your purchase.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as needed for tax and accounting requirements. Support emails are kept for up to 24 months.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
